Specialities from Sać

Moussaka

Moussaka is a layered oven casserole dish made with layers of potates slices, cheese, and a meat sauce, topped with a thick béchamel sauce.
Than we grilled in Sać(balcan special grill) for 1.6 hours.

Burek

Burek consists of layers of phyllo dough stuffed with various savory fillings, Bosnian national cuisine.
Although most locals claim that only burek with ground beef can be called burek, the same dish also appears with other fillings, and these other varieties are known by different names: sirnica (cottage cheese), zeljanica (spinach), and krompiruša (potatoes).

Sać Lamb

Lamb marinated in vacuum for 2 days, then slowly cooked in water 54 degrees for 6 hours and then we put in special grill caled Sać for 1 hour.
